PRIVACY POLICY

This section describes the site management regarding the processing of personal data collected by the user.

The data will be collected and processed in accordance with Article 13 and following of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Italian legislation in force for the protection of personal data, Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, in particular those introduced by the Legislative Decree n. 101/2018.

This information refers to the site www.ciemgroup.com only (hereinafter "Ciemgroup"), therefore they do not apply to other websites that may have been visited via link by the user.

Ownership and responsibility regarding the management of personal data

Users' personal data may be shared with the people involved in the corporate organization of the site (administrative, commercial and marketing staff, legal department, and system administrators), or with external third parties (technical service providers, postal carriers, hosting providers, information technology companies, communication agencies). These third-party agencies will be provided only with information strictly necessary for the execution of their operations. They are required to manage the data as if they were the owners, in some cases, as Managers appointed by the Owner, with the same objectives indicated in this Privacy Policy.

The position of data management

The data will be managed at the headquarters of the data management owner. According to the law and the recent EU regulation 679/2016, the explicit consent of the interested party must be guaranteed before any data processing outside the European Union.

Data management objectives and its methods

The automatically collected browsing data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The personal data voluntarily provided by the User or by the interested party are collected for the purposes and in the manner indicated below. The data will be processed using tools and methods that guarantee data privacy and security, in accordance with the provisions of the (EU)Regulation 2016/679 and the Italian legislation in force for the protection of personal data, Legislative Decree 196 / 2003.


CIEM will use both mandatory and voluntary data provided by Users exclusively for the purposes indicated below:

1. To allow the supply of services and goods purchased from the site and, in general, meet administrative, accounting or technical requirements;
2. To respond to specific requests for information from the user.
3. To provide the user with regular updates on new products or services offered by the site or on specific commercial offers;
4. To inform the User regarding the maintenance of the site or possible disservice of the site;
5. Allowing the site owner to defend himself in court, or before a court action, from the abuse by the User of the Site and its services.

When necessary, in accordance with the provisions of the (EU)  Regulation 2016/679 and the Italian legislation in force for personal data protection, Legislative Decree 196/2003, CIEM will request the user or the interested party their approval before proceeding with data management.

Rights of the parties involved

In order to exercise the rights established by art. from 15 to 22 of (EU) Regulation  2016/679, where applicable (once confirmed the existence of the data provided, knowledge of their content and source, request to block data in violation of the law, opposition to the processing of data for legitimate reasons) , the user or the party involved can directly contact the owner of the data management at the above address indicated.
